The Connecticut Pardon Team and You

Many men and women have been convicted of a crime and for the rest of their lives have to suffer for mistakes they made in the past.  Finding a career can be very difficult unless the employer is willing to give the applicant a second chance.  Getting over the brick wall can be stressful and inhibit a person to succeed in life.  It can have a major impact on families and continued education.  Having the resources to seal or expunge your convictions can be life changing for an individual. Our mission and commitment is to provide individuals with the most accurate and up-to-date information.  When time has passed and your convictions are behind you, it is time to move on.  We are here to help individuals in need of completing the application process. We are here to give advice and provide the necessary information to help individuals submit their applications to the Board of Pardons.  We are not legal advisors or in any way connected with any agency of the law.  This website is here to help a person with having a chance to apply for a pardon and change their life by “Wiping the Slate Clean.”

The Connecticut Pardon Team, Inc., is a strong 501(c)3 non-profit agency within the community.  Our agency includes a volunteer Board of Directors. We can proudly say, we are connected with several agencies with the same goal in mind providing tools and information to strengthen our communities.

How we Work

What’s it like to work with the Connecticut Pardon Team?

On this page, we’ll tell you the kinds of results our program participants have reported and we’ll also give you a sense of our guiding beliefs, approach to providing the information and tools you need to help change your life, and how we’re different from other companies and organizations providing this kind of information.

When you attend one of our Informationals, you’ll get the essential, practical information you need to start and complete the Connecticut Absolute Pardon (Full Pardon/Expungement/Erasure) or Certificate of Employability with the assistance of the Connecticut Pardon Team Program. Once you have agreed to our assistance program,  you’ll receive a look at the Connecticut Absolute Pardon Application from someone that’s been through it.  You’ll be provided with the Board of Pardon & Parole’s complete Connecticut Absolute Pardon Application, along with their step-by-step instructions on how to complete and submit your Connecticut Absolute Pardon Application. All of our Informationals are given at the Hartford Public Library every month.

Once you’ve successfully submitted your Connecticut Absolute Pardon or Certificate of Employability and have been scheduled for a hearing, you must be prepared for your personal appointment with the Board of Pardons & Paroles.

We offer assistance with all aspects of personal appearance and presentation, including helping you work through any fear of public speaking; self-esteem and self-confidence builders to help you feel more comfortable presenting your information…
